Private money exempt from statutory requirements governing expenditure of public money; independent contractors

1. The statutory requirements on the
expenditure of public money in chapters 333 , 338 and 341 of
NRS do not apply to the expenditure of private money.
2. The Board may authorize independent
contractors which may be funded in whole or in part from private money.
