1. The Division shall administer the provisions of NRS 38.300 to 38.360 , inclusive, and may adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out those provisions. 2. All fees collected by the Division pursuant to the provisions of NRS 38.300 to 38.360 , inclusive, must be accounted for separately and may only be used by the Division to administer the provisions of NRS 38.300 to 38.360 , inclusive.
