The State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator is authorized to accept and direct the disbursement of money appropriated by an act of Congress and apportioned to the State for libraries. That federal money must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the appropriate account of the State Library, Archives and Public Records.
