Nevada Code § 370.692

Account for Tobacco Enforcement: Creation; administration; use

1. The Account for Tobacco Enforcement is
hereby created in the State General Fund. The Attorney General shall administer
the Account.
2. The money in the Account must only be
used to enforce the provisions of NRS
370.600 to 370.705 , inclusive, and
to pay the expenses incurred by the Attorney General in the discharge of his or
her duties, including, without limitation, expenses relating to the provision
of training and the payment of the salaries and benefits of employees.
3. Money in the Account must remain in the
Account and does not revert to the State General Fund at the end of any fiscal
year.
