Damages to be paid within 30 days after judgment; bond for railroad fence

The plaintiff
must, within 30 days after final judgment, pay the sum of money assessed. If
the plaintiff is a railroad company, it shall also execute to the defendant a
bond, with sureties to be determined and approved by the court or judge,
conditioned that the plaintiff shall build proper fences through any enclosed
field before commencing actual construction. In an action on the bond all damages
sustained and the cost of the construction of such fences and cattle guards,
with a reasonable attorney fee, to be fixed by the court, may be recovered.
