Restrictions concerning appraisal of real property

An appraiser shall not use a Restricted Use
Appraisal Report which is prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice as adopted by the Appraisal Standards Board of
The Appraisal Foundation to determine, establish or assess the nature, value,
quality or use of real property in a judicial proceeding for eminent domain
brought pursuant to this chapter.
