Nevada Code § 366.260

Term and transferability of licenses; regulations for renewal of licenses

1. A license issued pursuant to this
chapter:
(a) Is valid for 1 year unless suspended, revoked
or cancelled.
(b) Is not transferable.
2. The Department shall adopt regulations
providing for the renewal of such licenses.
