Standards for determining whether alcohol is used as fuel or liquor

The requirements of this
State for determining whether alcohol is produced for use in or as a motor
vehicle fuel or for use in or as a liquor are the same as the requirements of
the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms of the United States Department of
the Treasury.
