Nevada Code § 361.222

Temporary certificate

The
Department shall issue a temporary appraisers certificate to a person who is
newly employed as an appraiser by the State or any of its political
subdivisions and who applies to take the appraisers certificate examination.
The temporary certificate expires 2 years after the date of issue or when the results
of the applicants examination are determined, whichever occurs first. A
temporary certificate shall not be renewed.
