Redetermination: Contents of petition and accompanying materials

A petition for
redetermination must:
1. Set forth the amount of the
determination being contested and the grounds for seeking a redetermination;
and
2. If an oral hearing is not requested, be
accompanied by the books and records and other evidence which support the
petition.
