Nevada Code § 357.160

Court-imposed limitation upon participation of private plaintiff in action

Upon a showing by the
Attorney General or a designee of the Attorney General pursuant to NRS 357.070 that unrestricted participation
by a private plaintiff would interfere with or unduly delay the conduct of an
action, or would be repetitious, irrelevant or solely for harassment, the court
may limit the participation of the private plaintiff by, among other measures,
limiting:
1. The number of witnesses he or she may
call;
2. The length of the testimony of the
witnesses; or
3. His or her cross-examination of
witnesses.
