Nevada Code § 353.075

Report to be filed following count

1. When the count of state money, funds
and securities is completed, the Legislative Auditor shall make a report and
file it in the Office of the Secretary of State. When filed with the Secretary
of State, the report is a public record.
2. The report must show separately:
(a) The actual amount of money in the State
Treasury in the custody of the State Treasurer.
(b) The amounts on deposit, listing each
depository bank, credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank and
the amounts on deposit.
(c) Lists of all state-owned securities in the
State Treasury which are in the custody of the State Treasurer or in depository
banks, credit unions, savings banks or insured savings and loan associations.
(d) A statement of securities deposited with the
State Treasurer for safekeeping showing the total value of the securities, the
department or commission for whom the State Treasurer holds the securities, and
the purpose for which the securities were obtained.
