Powers of members: Oaths and affirmations; depositions

Each member of the State Board of Examiners is
authorized:
1. To administer an oath or affirmation to
any person concerning any matter before the Board or intended to be brought
before it.
2. To take the deposition of any witness
to be used before the Board in any matter pending before it.
