Hereby, herein, hereinabove, hereinafter, hereinbefore, hereof, hereto, hereunder and any similar term refer to the Local Government Securities Law and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used; heretofore means before the adoption of the Local Government Securities Law; and hereafter means after the adoption of the Local Government Securities Law.
