Commercial bank means: 1. A state or national bank or trust company that is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, including, without limitation, a branch of the Federal Reserve Bank. 2. A credit union whose deposits are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund or by a private insurer approved pursuant to NRS 672.755 .
