1. The provisions of NRS 349.150 to 349.364 , inclusive, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of NRS 349.980 to 349.987 , inclusive, apply to the bonds issued pursuant to NRS 349.986 . 2. The provisions of NRS 349.935 to 349.956 , inclusive, and 349.961 do not apply to the program or to any grants made or bonds issued pursuant to NRS 349.986 .
