Employment of legal and other expert services; contracts for sale and other purposes

1. The Commission on the behalf of the
State may employ legal, fiscal, engineering and other expert services in
connection with any project or any facilities, or both such project and
facilities, and the authorization, sale and issuance of bonds and other
securities hereunder.
2. The Commission on the behalf of the
State is authorized to enter into any contracts or arrangements, not
inconsistent with the provisions hereof, with respect to the sale of bonds or
other securities hereunder, the employment of engineers, architects, financial
consultants and bond counsel, and other matters as the Commission may determine
to be necessary or desirable in accomplishing the purposes hereof.
