Execution, signing, countersigning and authentication of state securities and coupons

Bonds and
other state securities issued hereunder shall be executed in the name of the
State, shall be signed by the Governor, shall be countersigned by the Chair of
the Commission (unless he or she is also the Governor), by the Controller and
by the Treasurer, and shall be attested by the Secretary; and the bonds or
other securities shall be authenticated by the great seal of the State of
Nevada affixed thereto. Any coupons shall be signed by the Treasurer. Facsimile
signatures may be used on any coupons.
