Powers of State Board of Finance

1. The State Board of Finance may issue
and redeem securities on behalf of the State, when such issue is authorized by
law, in the manner provided by the State Securities Law.
2. The State Board of Finance constitutes
the successor of the State Board of Examiners, the State General Obligation
Bond Commission and any similar commission created before April 25, 1967.
3. In connection with any outstanding
state securities issued on behalf of the State of Nevada by the State Board of
Examiners, the State General Obligation Bond Commission or any such predecessor
commission, the State Board of Finance may fund, refund and reissue such
securities and may otherwise exercise on behalf of the State the supplemental powers
provided in the State Securities Law.
