Nevada Code § 348.450

Acceptance of deposit of public securities as security

Whenever under the laws of the State a deposit
of public securities is authorized as security, public securities otherwise
meeting the authorized criteria, which are issued under a system of full
registration which provides for registration of pledges of such securities, may
be deposited and must be accepted as security if the pledge is registered.
