Certificated public security means an obligation which: 1. Is issued pursuant to a system of full registration; 2. Is represented by an instrument, and is transferable in the manner described in subsection 1 of NRS 348.110 ; and 3. Is either one of a class or series or by its terms is divisible into a class or series of obligations.
