Copyrights of state publications

1. The State Printer may secure copyright
under the laws of the United States in all publications issued by the State of
Nevada, the copyright to be secured in the name of the State of Nevada.
2. All costs and charges incurred in
copyrighting such publications must be charged against the State Printing Fund,
and must be paid in the same way as other charges are paid by the State.
