Notice to victim

After
a petition is filed pursuant to NRS 34.960 ,
if any victim of the crime for which the petitioner was convicted has indicated
a desire to be notified regarding any postconviction proceedings, the
prosecuting agency shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice to such a
victim that the petition has been filed and that indicates the time and place
for any hearing that may be held as a result of the petition and the
disposition thereof.
