Payment of costs of construction and renovation of purchasing warehouse building

1. Commencing July 1, 1995, and continuing
until the construction costs of $193,310 for the purchasing warehouse building
in Reno, Nevada, have been paid, the Buildings and Grounds Section shall pay
annually to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury to the credit
of the State General Fund 2 percent of the buildings original acquisition
cost.
2. Commencing July 1, 1995, and continuing
until the construction costs of $734,000 for the addition to the purchasing
warehouse building in Reno, Nevada, have been paid, the Buildings and Grounds
Section shall pay annually to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State
Treasury to the credit of the State General Fund 2 percent of the construction
costs of that addition.
3. Commencing July 1, 1995, and continuing
until the renovation costs of $104,234 for the purchasing warehouse building in
Reno, Nevada, have been paid, the Buildings and Grounds Section shall pay
annually to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury to the credit
of the State General Fund 5 percent of the buildings renovation costs,
including the costs of debt service that are incurred.
