1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 331.125 , the Administrator may expend appropriated money to meet expenses for the care, maintenance and preservation of the buildings, grounds and their appurtenances identified in NRS 331.070 , and for the repair of the furniture and fixtures therein. 2. The Administrator shall take proper precautions against damage thereto, or to the furniture, fixtures or other public property therein.
