Nevada Code § 33.340

Employer immune from civil liability under certain circumstances; use of actions taken and statements made by employer

1. An employer is immune from civil
liability for:
(a) Seeking a temporary or extended order for
protection against harassment in the workplace, if the employer acts in good
faith in seeking the order; or
(b) Failing to seek a temporary or extended order
for protection against harassment in the workplace.
2. An action taken or a statement made by
an employer pursuant to NRS 33.200 to 33.360 , inclusive:
(a) Shall not be deemed an admission by the
employer of any fact; and
(b) May be used for the purposes of impeachment.
