Improvements: Time limited; value

Within
90 days after the date of record, the person recording is required to improve
the lands thus recorded to the value of $200, by putting such improvements
thereon as shall partake of the realty, unless such improvements shall have
been made prior to the application for survey and record, according to NRS 326.030 .
