Receiver means a person appointed by the court as the courts agent, and subject to the courts direction, to take possession of, manage and, if authorized by NRS 32.100 to 32.370 , inclusive, or court order, transfer, sell, lease, license, exchange, collect or otherwise dispose of receivership property.
