Residential housing defined

Residential
housing means one or more new or existing residential dwelling units financed
pursuant to the provisions of NRS 315.9981 to 315.99874 , inclusive, for the
primary purpose of providing decent, safe and sanitary dwelling accommodations
for persons of low and moderate income in need of housing, including any
buildings, manufactured homes, mobile homes, mobile home parks, land,
improvements, equipment, facilities, other real or personal property, or other
related nonhousing facilities which are necessary, convenient or desirable in
connection therewith, and including, without limitation, streets, sewers,
utilities, parks, site preparation, landscaping and other nonhousing facilities
such as administrative, community, transportation, health, recreational,
educational, commercial, retail, welfare and public facilities which the
Authority determines improve the quality of the residential living for persons
of low and moderate income.
