Allowance of bail exonerates sheriff

If
the judge, or clerk, find the bail sufficient, the judge or clerk shall annex
the examination to the undertaking, endorse the judges or clerks allowance
thereon, and cause them to be filed, and the sheriff shall thereupon be
exonerated from liability.
