The provisions of NRS 3.090 to 3.099 , inclusive: 1. Apply only to a district judge or a surviving spouse or surviving child of a district judge who served as a justice of the Supreme Court or district judge before November 5, 2002; 2. Are administered by the Public Employees Retirement Board pursuant to NRS 1A.100 ; and 3. Are part of the Judicial Retirement System established pursuant to NRS 1A.100 .
