Nevada Code § 293.805

Unlawful to pay compensation based upon total number of persons preregistered or registered or total number preregistered or registered in particular political party

1. It is unlawful for a person to provide
compensation for preregistering or registering voters that is based upon:
(a) The total number of persons or voters a
person preregisters or registers; or
(b) The total number of persons or voters a
person preregisters or registers in a particular political party.
2. A person who violates any provision of
this section is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided
in NRS 193.130 .
