Date person is deemed registered to vote; county clerk to correct statewide voter registration list if necessary

1. Unless the person is already registered
to vote, the date on which the person applies to an automatic voter
registration agency for service or assistance shall be deemed the date on which
the person registered to vote.
2. If an applicant is already registered
to vote, the county clerk shall use the voter registration information of the
applicant transmitted by the automatic voter registration agency to correct the
statewide voter registration list pursuant to NRS
293.530 , if necessary.
