Contents of voter registration cards; issuance of card is not prerequisite to vote

1. A voter registration card must contain:
(a) The name, address, political affiliation and
precinct number of the voter;
(b) The date of its issuance; and
(c) The signature of the county clerk.
2. If a voter is qualified to register to
vote for an election and has properly completed any method authorized by the
provisions of this title to register to vote for the election, the issuance of
a voter registration card to the voter is not a prerequisite to vote in the
election.
