Nevada Code § 293.12757

Qualification to sign petition

If
a person is qualified to register to vote and has properly completed any method
authorized by the provisions of this title to register to vote:
1. The person may sign a petition required
under the election laws of this State on or after the date on which the person
is deemed to be registered to vote pursuant to NRS 293.4855 , 293.517 , 293.5235 , 293.57695 or 293.5772 to 293.5887 , inclusive, or any other
provision of this title; and
2. The county clerk shall use the date
prescribed by subsection 1 for the purposes of the verification of the persons
signature on the petition.
