Nevada Code § 287.042

Compensation; administrative leave from service of State

1. No member who is a public employee may
receive any compensation for the members services as a member of the Board.
Any member who is a public employee must be granted administrative leave from
the members duties to engage in the business of the Board without loss of the
members regular compensation. Such leave does not reduce the amount of the
members other accrued leave.
2. A member of the Board who is not a
public employee is entitled to receive $80 per day for the members attendance
at meetings of the Board.
