Board to consider investments: Meetings; duties

The Board shall meet at least monthly to
consider investments. At each of its meetings it shall:
1. Review, and if appropriate direct
changes in, the investment portfolio of the System.
2. Recommend any appropriate changes in
the investment objectives and policies.
3. Acknowledge and process investment
suggestions forwarded to it by members of the System.
4. Provide for investment practice
explanations to all members of the System when such explanations seem
appropriate.
