Declaration of state policy concerning sex- or gender-based harassment; prohibition against sex- or gender-based harassment

1. It is the policy of this State to
ensure that its employees do not engage in sex- or gender-based harassment.
2. Sex- or gender-based harassment
violates the policy of this State and is a form of unlawful discrimination
based on sex or gender under state and federal law. An employee shall not
engage in sex- or gender-based harassment against another employee, an
applicant for employment or any other person in the workplace.
