Human Resources Operating Fund: Creation; sources; uses

1. The Human Resources Operating Fund is
hereby created as an internal service fund.
2. The Division may accept on behalf of
the State any grant or contribution, federal or otherwise, made to assist in
meeting the costs of carrying out the purposes of this chapter. All such grants
and contributions must be deposited with the State Treasurer to the credit of
the Human Resources Operating Fund.
3. All costs of administering the
provisions of this chapter must be paid out of the Human Resources Operating
Fund on claims in the same manner as other claims against the State are paid.
