Financial disclosure statement or statement means a financial disclosure statement in the electronic form or other authorized form prescribed by the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS 281.5555 to 281.581 , inclusive, or in the form approved by the Secretary of State for a specialized or local ethics committee pursuant to NRS 281A.350 .
