Nevada Code § 280.180

Meetings; notice

1. The committee shall meet at least once
each quarter on a regularly scheduled day and may meet more often upon the call
of the chair, either on the chairs own motion or at the request of any two
members of the committee.
2. The clerk of the committee shall give
written notice of each special meeting to each member of the committee at least
1 day before the meeting or by mailing the notice to each members place of
residence in the county at least 3 days before the meeting.
3. The notice must specify the time, place
and purpose of the meeting. If all of the members of the committee who did not
receive notice are present at the special meeting, lack of notice does not
invalidate the proceedings.
