The terms of office of the members of the governing body shall coincide with the terms of office of such persons as members of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. NRS 278.794 Terms of office of members of governing body; review of appointments. [Effective upon the proclamation by the Governor of this State of the withdrawal by the State of California from the Tahoe Regional Planning Compact or of a finding by the Governor of this State that the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency has become unable to perform its duties or exercise its powers.] The terms of office of the members of the governing body, other than the member appointed by the other members, are at the pleasure of the appointing authority in each case, but each appointment must be reviewed no less often than every 4 years.
