Energy efficiency improvement project defined

Energy efficiency improvement project means
the installation or modification of one or more energy efficiency improvements
that decrease or support the decrease of energy consumption or demand for
energy through the use of efficiency technologies, products or activities and
incidentals which are necessary, useful or desirable for any such improvements
and which installation or modification has a useful life of not less than 10
years.
