Service provider defined

Service
provider means:
1. A person or corporation subject to the
jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada that provides
electric or communication service to the public; and
2. A video service provider, as that term
is defined in NRS 711.151 , that provides
service from a video service network,
by means of
service facilities.
