The provisions of the Unincorporated Town Government Law apply: 1. To each unincorporated town in any county having a population of 100,000 or more. 2. To each unincorporated town in any other county, upon the passage of an ordinance adopting the Unincorporated Town Government Law by the board of county commissioners.
