Except as otherwise provided in NRS 268.672 to 268.740 , inclusive, the terms used or referred to herein are as defined in the Local Government Securities Law, but the definitions in NRS 268.676 to 268.728 , inclusive, except where the context otherwise requires, govern the construction hereof.
