Receiver means a receiver appointed by a district court as the courts agent, and subject to the courts direction, to take possession of, manage and, if authorized by court order, transfer, sell, lease, license, exchange, collect or otherwise dispose of receivership property in an action to declare a residential multifamily rental property to be a substandard property pursuant to NRS 268.4284 .
