Nevada Code § 268.425

Speed limits in school zones and school crossing zones: Posting of informational signs and devices. [Effective through June 30, 2026.]

The city council or other governing body of
each incorporated city, whether incorporated by general or special act, shall
cause to be displayed, in each school zone and school crossing zone where the
city has posted a speed limit, signs or other devices designating the times
during which the speed limit in the zone is to apply.

zones and school crossing zones: Posting of informational signs and devices.
[Effective July 1, 2026.] The city
council or other governing body of each incorporated city, whether incorporated
by general or special act, shall cause to be displayed, in each school zone and
school crossing zone where the city has posted a speed limit, signs or other
devices designating:
1. The times during which the speed limit
in the zone is to apply; or
2. That the speed limit in the zone
applies when children are present.
