1. Jurors of coroners juries (with not more than three persons upon the jury) are entitled to receive for each days service $15, to be certified to the county clerk by the justice of the peace, and audited, allowed and paid as are other claims against the county. 2. When it is necessary for a coroners jury to travel a greater distance than 1 mile to view the remains, or to the place where the inquest is to be held, the necessary and actual expenses incurred for the transportation of the jury must be allowed, audited and paid as are other claims against the county, after having been duly certified by the justice of the peace.
