Program to promote mental health of certain persons; program to provide bereavement services to public

A
coroner may establish:
1. A program to promote the mental health
of:
(a) The employees of the office of the coroner;
and
(b) Any person impacted as a result of providing
services in his or her professional capacity in response to an incident
involving mass casualties within the county.
2. A program that provides bereavement
services to members of the public within the county.
